Is everything on your website body safe?
Yes, all insertable items are made from non-porous, body-safe materials such as silicone, stainless steel, and glass. Each product in our store is carefully selected to ensure safety and quality.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
What is your return policy?
For sanitary reasons and to ensure the peace of mind of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an item leaves our warehouse, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded. Please carefully review all dimensions, colors, and quantities before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our fast and automated processing system, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at contact@enjoythetoys.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include a photo or short video of the issue along with your order number. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
What if my package is lost or stolen after delivery?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is delivered to a secure location.
What happens if I refuse delivery or if a package cannot be delivered?
If a package is returned to sender due to refused delivery or inability to deliver because of an incorrect address, a $20 restocking fee will apply.
How discreet are shipping and billing?
We prioritize your privacy. Your order will arrive in a plain, unmarked cardboard box with no indication of its contents. The shipping label is discreet and gives no hint about what’s inside. For billing, the name “ETT COM” will appear on your credit card statement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards.
Do you send junk mail after I place an order?
No. You will only receive email updates about the status of your order -- i.e. order confirmation and tracking info once it is shipped. After your order is shipped, you won't hear from us again.
